The character was first portrayed in live-action by Danny Seagren in Spidey Super Stories, a skit which ran from 1974 to 1977. Spider-Man is one of the most iconic superheroes in comic book history and has appeared in comics, cartoons, films and video games. Since his debut as a superhero, Spider-Man has gained friends and foes, but also dealing with the ups and downs of life. After his death, Parker vowed to use his "great" powers to protect the people of New York against crime, and later other threats. Using his powers initially to help his uncle and aunt Ben and May, Peter allowed his fame get over his head until the death of his uncle. He was a timid fifteen year old Midtown student who was bitten by a radioactive spider, which gave him super powers similar to the arachnid. Peter Benjamin Parker, better known as Spider-Man, is a fictional superhero from Marvel Comics, serving as the titular protagonist of the Spider-Man comic series. I'm going to give it my all!
