There’s a lot to choose from and most are concentrated in the same area. Worthing has plethora of Italian restaurants such as Ask Italian, Brio and some smaller independents. Right Mangiamo, I have been trying to go here since I saw it open. Ambiance can vary, so not much emphasis is put on this but its still important to enjoying the overall experience. These are the things I consider important when eating out. Okay so I judge a restaurant on 3 things: Service, ambiance and food quality. Check out their website, Insta the_gorilla_Kitchen and twitter Go eat from them please, it would be insulting not to. You can find The Gorilla Kitchen outside the Star Inn every Wednesdays, London Road station every Thursdays and West Worthing station every Friday. These were amazing pizzas and I would easily buy these again or try a different pie. The sausage wasn’t overly spicy and balanced well. The pepperoni on the other hand was spot on. It didn’t ruin the pizza at all though and i’d recommend it. Now the only down side for me on the Marinara and this is only an issue I have is that the dried oregano was a bit much for me.

Cheese – yeah it had it, it tasted great, its cheese there’s not much to add.

you could taste is subtly which is great.I’m often put off pizza because the tomato sauce is overpowering. They are cooked so well that the crust is still chewy but holds firm when you lift the slice. Now these are thin crust pizzas but not the tin crust pizzas you may be thinking of. So how was the Pizza? I’m reluctant to use the word “Perfect” as I haven’t eaten enough pizza from decent pizzerias to know and unless I get a trip to Naples, I don’t think I will ever know. 5 minutes is all it took, those ovens are screaming hot so its no wonder. Now I was too far a way and the van is obviously high so I couldn’t see them make it but I watched the Chef expertly cook the pizzas. So, I ordered 2 pizzas and stood to the side to watch the creation. So how good could a pizza from a van be? Well this van has a wood burning pizza oven in it. I walk past it each week on my way home from work. I’m still on a bit of a pizza fix and there’s this van that is parked up at my local train station every Friday.
